ASTEK INFRARED PATCHING SYSTEM

Astek introduces the “Infrared Asphalt Patching system”, the newest state of the art asphalt repairing technology in the pavement industry. 

The repair is established by employing infrared heating to the defected area that penetrates through the surface and brings the temperature to the laying level. After the pavement is recyled with the addition of virgin materials and rejuvinators that will promote the adhession, the pavement is compacted and the surface is sealed with special products in order to gain a more stronger surface. The result is a seamless all in one level pavement, that will outlast many of the ordinary patching system.
